I think the alien mind control has gotten to this forum this weekend...

 

So, one joke cover is OK, but two means I don't like the thread...I see...

 

(I think somebody got up on the wrong side of the bed today.) :sumo:

 

Ya know, some of us don't take FUNNY BOOKS that seriously...

 

and i don't think the OP does either, not with firsts like these..."Last time Subby uses a giant screw as a weapon?"

 

Or "First Timely Zeppelin cover?"

 

Or "First time Cap doesn't have his shield on a cover?"

1st and only Miss Fury moon cover that I can think of off the top of my head...

1st Miss Fury swastica cover (the following issues contained a few including Hitler cover...

1st Miss Fury skull cover if you count that henchman wardrobe...

drops the mic as these crazy kids say nowadays!!

Not sure if that is correct. This Skyman 2 cover depicts a germ warfare scene.

The Purple Plague story in Action 19 predates both of these.... but I am not really sure if it was a weapon since it was more like genocide. :o

 

By the way, General Amherst was knighted by the queen for infecting the native American Indians with smallpox. History is kind to the winners.

The funniest part of that cover is "a mysterious bag holds the secret." Looks like a kid holding a log to me. Is that a secret log perhaps? The Captain's log?
