I think Greg Rucka writes strong women, but I'm not sure women like them or not.

 

I was just chatting with a college friend (female) who is in a woman's comic book club and they had just finished th Queen & Country omnibuses and most of them were fans after reading them.

Not that power is everything, but I felt that there were some formidable, strong female superheroes early on as well. Might as well list examples.

I have always been a fan of female heroes. What I am not a fan of is replacing existing male heroes with female versions.

I'm not either, I don't think that many women are. 

BTW @Electricmastro  I just saw your posts in the Fox thread as well, I wish you would start a dedicated thread, these are wonderful:) 

We did have one years ago, but I'm not sure anyone except @BlowUpTheMoon  could find it:)

Who had been reading Tracy. "I dood it, he dood it" is often used in the cop comic to get a laugh.
