Yeah, if the book is VGish and was sold to the buyer as a FN+, I'd say there's the potential for trouble from the start. I sympathize that a quibble over a $2 transaction is a headache, but in fairness the buyer is not wrong to want a book that's as described. Do you stand behind the FN+?
