Funny story. I bought a shirt last week with that saying.

Now that being said what has made me laugh the most is this.

As a very young man I grew up watching "The Day the Earth Stood Still".

on TBS. I still to this day thinks its one of the best Sci Fi films ever.

Now I thought many people wont know what it means, but I was shocked by

the number of people who came up to me and said nice shirt.

20 & 30 something kids.(I am in my early 40s)

I kept thinking how the hell do these kids know this phrase. Then last night

it hit me. "Army of Darkness". This link below will show the difference

Here is the link in case You Tube video doesn't show up.

I was first aware of them as three of the alien skiff guards on Jabba's sail barge.

Obviously I know know what that is paying homage to.

What I always thought was kind of cool was that Hasbro gave a nod to the phrase by packaging the characters in order of the phrase from left to right.

That is so cool!

I never had heard of this before concerning the character packaging.

My story is similar...I only knew of them as action figures in the mid 80's as well, and when I watched Army of Darkness for the first time and heard Ash say the line, I thought that was soooo cool that they made a "shout out" to Kenner Star Wars action figures. Wasn't til years later that I learned it wasn't a nod to SW at all. :sorry:
