Need help grading my Amazing Spider man Annual #1 please.

5.0...likely with a White Pages designation, as well.

 

At worst, 4.5.

 

Not seeing anything signifigant on the spine besides the 1/2 inch or so tear at the base of the cover.

 

This is just about the most aesthetically appealing copy you could find of this book, in mid grade.

There is no tear on the spine. It's color loss on the bottom. The spine is still intact!
