She's my 2nd fave actually....Jo Grant being my fave, but I couldn't find a decent colour pic of Katy Manning.

Peri was the hottest, but Sarah Jane was my favorite companion. Here's to March 26 and the new series. I'm not sure whether it'll be aired in the US though.

 

 

As yet nobody has picked up that I know of. Not even SciFi channel, which i would have thought would be a no brainer. I've got some relatives in Canada and I've heard that CBC will be airing it starting in April, so i might have to get them to tape it for me.

 

Or, there's always small, crappy video on the...i'm sure i can find it for download...

 

I miss my Dr Who and I really like Eccleston and Pipper....mmm Piper...perhaps some competion for Peri and Jo

 

I'm hoping that BBC America will broadcast it. I guess we'll find out. By the way, have you ever seen that revealing photo of Joe next to that Dalek?

 

I emaild BBC America once BBC England announced solid air dates and distribution rights with other countries and they said they had no plans at that time (2 months ago) to carry the series. bastards.

 

And i have seen no such photo but am intrigued.

As for the infamous Katy Manning photoshoot with the Dalek, you can find those on the web if you look. I just saw her in LA last month, and she spent years refusing to sign copies of those pictures, but now she happily signs every one of them. She's quite a character.

No regeneration, true, but it would be between *McGann* and Eccleston, not McCoy. The new series does not ignore the existence of the TV movie and its regeneration of the Seventh Doctor, McCoy into the Eighth, McGann. The new producer Russell T. Davies has definitively stated that Eccleston is the Ninth Doctor at an indeterminate point after his regeneration from McGann. Not something they're ever likely to deal with in the show itself, but for fans it's an important point.
