PGM: Iron Man 152 (tough in high grade)

I know a lot of people wouldn't bother slabbing something like this, but my main collecting focus is Iron Man armor first appearances. If this is a solid 9.6 (perhaps with a shot at 9.8) after a press to iron out some defects, then it's getting submitted. My first thought was that it meets those criteria, but as I took close-up photos of the defects, I began to doubt. What do you folks think?

As you can see, the primary defect is that small crunch at the top of the book. I think it can be pressed out with only minor color break. Other than that, there are a couple of small corner issues, the beginnings of a bindery tear at one of the top staple holes, and some cover marks that I didn't bother to highlight since they'll be gone with a press.
