Which Comic Characters would need to be CGI'd?

19 posts in this topic

Which comic book characters (other than the Hulk) would need to be computer generated in order to look convincing in the movie adaptation? A few that come to mind are:

Lizard - Even if the perfect costume is developed, I just can't see his lizard-like movements being mimicked by an actor wearing a costume. The Lizard (not Doc Connors) would need to be 100% computer generated to look menacing.

Apocolypse - Since most of his body's moving parts have to be computer generated, I just can't see an actor in a costume playing the role. He looks like a machine anyway.

Sauron - Has to be computer generated.

Abomination - Same as the Hulk.

Mojo - Same as Java from the Star Wars movies.

Doomsday - I'm sure they can find a wrestler like Triple H to play the role, but I'm not convinced it'll work to perfection.

The Watcher - That being just looks too weird to have an actor in a costume play the role. The watcher has to look like a celestial being and only CGI can do that.

My mind is drawing a blank...........any other suggestions?
