They were packed in various comics during the 90s. I had a couple of Spider-Man ones about a year ago. They did them for the Spider-Man, Iron Man, and Fantastic Four cartoons. They are mass produced and usually sell for close to $10 each on eBay.

 

^ This is correct. Although I didn't get $10 for the one I sold recently, maybe half that.
