Trying to get an idea if this is a 9.8 candidate and wanted to get your guys opinions

Slightly miswraped cover no big problem , the main problem is the back cover, doesn´t look flat to me , there´s a spine roll ? If that´s a spine roll that´s a big defect that drops the grade to 8.5

That's what I thought it kinda looked like too, like a very slight spine roll. I've seen that sort of thing described as a "spine lift"? haha

 

I actually used to have another copy of this same issue and that had the same thing but getting it pressed removed it.

Yes you can press it and problem solved but the book is not even a 9.4 right now with that defect so you could tell that to the seller and get a good deal
