ow-w pages, no issues with pages, staples firmly attached, multiple color breaking creases at spine ,top left corner of cover and lower right corner of cover, rounding of lower left corner, dirt on back cover as well as 1mm tear in bottom middle of back cover

Your scanner cropped off the edges. Definitely looks like a good canadit for a press and clean.

4.0/4.5 though hard to say without seeing the right edge completely - and assumes the right top corner is not as crisp as this abbreviated scan shows

 

You might want to rescan the cover to show all edges to get more accurate feedback
