One of my favorite books that I own.

 

- There is a clean 3" spine split ( ) on the cover running from the upper left, downward, a bit just past the upper staple. The areas of waviness on the FC and BC are just a bit lighter in person than they appear in the pics. None of these issues affect the interior pages.

 

The BC looks much brighter in person. That scan makes it look a lot worse than it is.

 

Over in the CBGRI forum I just asked a minute ago to see if this book could be pressed, so I don't know if getting the waviness out would help for the grade it's in. You guys would know better than I would.

Because of the spine split, I'm going 2.5.

After a nice press, looking at 3.0-3.5. The big spine split will hurt it, as well as the staining on the BC. Beautiful book and presenter!!!

Agreed! If this was smoothed out on front cov. I'd find it more attractive to me than the 4.0 in the 'selling' forum that was, sadly, defaced by Stan the Man.
