I like the list, but confused on #15 & 16. Is that a typo or is it one slot for each CoC 23? If the latter, then maybe have the year for each to make sure we vote for the right one (1951 vs 1954).

This is going to be serious fun! I'm eager to see what issues end up in the Top 10!

Nope, it's a dupe. I copied and pasted all the posts into an excel sheet and sorted them, hence the dupes.
