Generally it's for personal (health, family) or professional (i.e. work) reasons. They notify us that they can't make it and then we make the announcement. We're also very disappointed.

Carrie Fisher from Fan Expo. I was disappointed she cancelled.

 

Also, do you know if any CGC witnesses will be there? Ive heard crickets so far and its not on their event list.
