I'm very slowly acquiring this run...so far its 19 and just bought a low grade 21. I really like the 21 cover but never hear about it.

Hard to pick one over the other but I'd have to say the 17 does it for me.

I guess I've always gone for PL 23 over PL 17, especially given the rather price discrepancy between the 2 books.
