Before all this new case stuff happened, she took care of me at a con with on-site grading. She's top notch. If I were her, I would use all this crud she's been dealing with lately as ammo on her next employee review. :thumbsup:

I got to meet Brittany at the Denver Comic-Con, introduced myself, thanked her for her professionalism and her willingness to help. She thanked me, said I made her day, she's awesome!

I was told by another board member that my post may be removed so I edited what I previously wrote here.

 

Basically I contacted Brittany yesterday and she mentioned that CGC has a fix to the waviness and newton ring. It was supposed to have been explained in their announcement which should of happened today. Perhaps it will come out this week sometime.

I've dealt with Bree on multiple occasions and usually go straight to her via email if I have any questions and would also agree she's outstanding!
