Hi, is this both the pencils and inks, or just the inks over blue line scans?

They are asking if the page has both the original pencils and the original inks on the same page (over top the original pencils).

Conversely, often times a page is penciled, scanned, and then sent to the inker electronically to print a copy of the pencils and ink over the copy. In this case 2 versions of the art exists – the penciled version and the inked version.

He is asking how this art was produced as it factors into the value consideration for most people.

If you aren’t sure, you could consult the artist or his rep via their web site.

Excellent advice.

Also, if it was transferred electronically and printed out as a blue line of the pencils, the page will have a blue tinge to it. The ink doesn't cover all of the "pencils". Not a perfect metric, but it would give you a clue.

This is very commonly done with the Brazilian artists working for DC and Marvel.
