Anyone familiar with Ed Kalb's low-grade grading?

He has a low-grade Golden Age book that I'm interested in, and I've never dealt with him before.

I believe he is one of the more conservative graders around. I can't remember anyone complaining of a book being overgraded, some have thought he has undergraded some of their purchases. However, his prices are pretty much by the book. Bottom line- you're pretty sure you'll get what you pay for. Plus I'm pretty sure he has a solid return policy.

No complaints, I bought a run of spidey's from him in the 80's and he recently bought some pre 100 Supermans from me about a year ago.

I purchased a low grade Star Spangled #5 from him awhile ago, and the grading was pretty strict.
