Ditko's second cover. Tough book to find, last one I saw sell was a rag on e-bay for a few hundred bucks (no offense if you bought it).

 

Asking $849 $769 $699 I am pricing this a good bit less than FMV for Ditko's first cover in similar grade.

 

Book presents much higher grade, but a small spine split took it down a notch or two.
