International orders ship Priority Mail based on weight.

 

Return policy - "No returns" except If something arrives damaged due to shipping (like a cracked CGC case). Contact me and I will sort it out.

 

As always - raw books are sold as NM+ or better but are considered 9.8 candidates. I back this up by selling the same books raw or CGC graded 9.8 and showing actual pictures of what you are buying.
