This is a real stunner Jeff! 8.5-9.0 for me.

I'm thinking 8.0-8.5, depending on whether or not that's a small corner crease at the lower left of the back cover...it it is, I'm leaning more toward 8.0.

It is not a crease

I see folding / edge wear on the top of the front cover, a thumb crease / dent in the bottom left back cover, slight dirt transfer on bottom spine of back cover and what appears to be a slight dog ear of the top left back cover.
