All books are ALWAYS packaged in boxes with bubble wrap and insured.

This was a CGC 9.0 old label before I removed it and was planning on getting Stan Lee and John Romita Sr to sign at NYCC but financial plans has changed. My lost

 

I noticed a rip on the top middle front page.

yes the tip is new, or yes it graded 9.0 with rip.

yes the rip happen when I cracked it from the cgc case. Was not rip when in case.
