I am not familiar with Valerian, but as a general rule in France they do not collect much by spare year runs. They rather go for hardbound collected first editions or for bound year runs issued by the publisher.

 

Either way, I do not believe that you can precisely equate absence of offer on the web to scarcity. It can happen, but it’s not a general rule.

Wow...how cool is that?!? I've been reading all the Cinebook reprints, and have completely fallen in love with this series. Outstanding space opera, even in translation...
