Number 2 (which most people know is tough) and this book, which you pretty much have to be a Millie completist to know is scarce. Glad to have found a decent copy. The seller (who absolutely, positively was not the person you acquired it from) claimed it was the Mile High copy. It was thrown in as a deal sweetener for a commission I got to design the graphics for a local antiques shop t shirt. Anyone ever heard of these. It was my first time seeing any issue of this title.
