Thoughts on how this might grade out?

 

spine wear & stress breaks color, many creases to cover, some break color

few tiny edge tears & tiny light stains to cover

many bindery pieces missing right edge front cover

It is. Voldy slab. Think it's a little over graded. Was looking for opinions on what it might end up at in a cgc holder.

A few people have asked the current grade. It's currently a 3.5 FYI
