Weird CGC label..

Has anyone seen this CGC label before? anyone able to explain it? The scan isnt clear enough to make out anything other than First over the grade.

So is this "Wizard first" over? I remember that thread last year FD and how it was such a travesty of mammoth porportions. I see these on ebay and how some sell for even less then what that actual graded comic inside is worth. I'm actually considering bidding on the Wolvie variant, I have it raw, but since it's a Wizard First, I could flip it in 10 years as a CGC variant variant, the uber collectable Wizard First

They probably couldn't have lost much on the venture - a few thousand unused labels, a handful of ads in various trade mags...........not a massive gamble.
