Does anyone keep track of these things as far as when they tend to occur? It seems that the ebay bucks and $15 off $75 deals, which are better, occur on Tuesdays-Thursdays. Is this accurate? It would fit in with the fact that Fri-Mon are the busiest days.

I was not offered the 8% on my account. However my relative's account (that I manage for them) did actually receive the offer.

 

For information purposes...

 

My account has 12 purchases in the last 60 days amounting to $250

Relative's account has 4 purchases in the last 60 days amounting to $200

I think the driver is how often you actually respond to these offers when they come up

I spend a ton of money on eBay and NEVER get these emails...I think they are targeted towards people who do NOT spend much or only buy occasionally, to try and get those fringe/infrequent folks back spending.

So i have no idea what their logic is. They aren't exactly enticing me to go log-in and spend.
