I was able to upload a 2mb jpeg, but then tried to upload a 1.6mb jpeg and get this message "There was a problem processing the uploaded file. -200".  Both images were taken with my iPhone camera.

Was your iphone connection spotty? Maybe the upload itself (rather than the file or the settings) just broke part way through?
