Watch out for this Action 23 on Ebay

Undisclosed color touch on the front cover to the right of the bottom staple, pretty evident. I asked the seller and he is adamant there is no color touch to the cover.

Is it just me or the magnifing glass dissapeared from ebay?

 I also emailed him to send more pictures of the inside spine like he posted for the back cover spine.  Interesting how you cannot see that bottom staple interior potential bleed through on the one picture he posted because he allowed the cover to overlap it.

That certainly looks like ct to me unless the lighting and/or angling of the book against the light created that kind of effect.
