Love and Rockets #1 (1st print, original Hernandez file copy) CGC 9.2 s/s Gilbert & Jamie Hernandez- $875

first true appearance of L&R characters, self-published and purchased directly from Jamie at SDCC last year. 

These were file copies that were in a box in his garage that (if I remember correctly) he wasn't even aware they were there till he opened the box.

Again, please ignore the yellow stripe at the far left----it's just the scanner.  Big slabs give it menopause. doh!

House of Mystery #290 CGC 9.6 s/s Joe Kubert - $475 

Top census s/s, tied with just one and no public sales.

Blue label 9.8 sold in Dec. for $515

If memory serves, I'm almost positive that I purchased this directly from the late and legendary board member, Nick---man, had to be at least a dozen or more years ago.
