cover and cf well attached. .75" top spine split- 1" spine split bottom. 

You can see 2 staples through the cover on spine. However at the cf you'll see 4. They all look to be factory. My guess is it passed through the sticher one time before the cover was added and then another pass through to add the cover. Production error?
