At this point... my friend met up with me at Penn... we decided to fire pit and grill.  I have to say that this was NOT a 40 Foot Fire Pit.  You need to clarify these things around here.  Regular fire pit... not a 40 Foot Fire pit... 

We took the train to her car and drove the rest of the way back to Long Island... why? Because the LIRR absolooooootely seeeeee-yuuuuucks. 

 

We carpool karaoke'd the whole way home... What songs? Here are three... yes there are real life recordings of these... lol

Saturday.... Saturday was a sheet show. 

The Long Island Railroad decided to go from half hour service on weekends to hourly and then unannounced it went every two hours.  I mean seriously... So... I wound up driving in halfway to catch a train.  I would have to do the same thing on Sunday.  

True story... the complaints about the MTA train service is real.  I pay $300 a month just to go from my town on Long Island into Manhattan.  This does not include subway fare.  I pay $300 to sit on the floor when there are no seats, for delays and cancelled trains and never any contingency plans when things go awry.  Screw you Long Island Railroad. 

The app this weekend had no idea what the schedule was... all it knew was... "delays"
