Same here. I always bought the collected Beetle strips in paperback form and would read them over and over. Sarge, Otto, Killer, Lt. Flap, Lt Fuzz, the General, Miss Buxley... Tis a great legacy he left us. A really admirable body of work.  :foryou:

Recently read this book.  It's a fascinating account of Mort Walker, John Cullen Murphy (the author's father), and many of the other cartoonists who lived in Fairfield Country, Connecticut.  Lavishly illustrated with photos and drawings.  Highly recommended.
