Rulah #24 Cover Artist- Baker or Kamen? 1 1

Hey everyone! Can somebody confirm who is the actual cover artist for Rulah #24? I’m interested in buying one but I can’t find any documentation on who did the cover. Their styles could be similar at times on the Jungle titles so any help would be appreciated, Thanks! (Picture attached below)

The legs especially remind me of Crine Reporter 2... I think maybe I’ve been studying these pictures too much when I just intstantly see that similarity...

I think I’d go with early Kamen over Baker.

Either way it’s not an impressive effort.

I think the current logic is call it a Baker if you’re selling though.

It’s a good question you posed anyway, but I doubt you’ll get consensus agreement on an answer.
