No.

I would be happy to sell you an Artists Alley table that you could sell your brand new comic at and I will list you on the website and link your name on the site to any website you may have where you promote your work.

If, in years to come you build up enough of a following that people will come specifically to see you I will comp your table and make you a featured guest.

Thanks for asking an "easy" question Jason. foreheadslap.gif

Sometimes people don't make it in until Saturday, or aren't able to make it for the entire weekend. Many of our AA tables are comps to professionals, so people are coming in on their own time. Saturday afternoon was obviously the time when the AA area was at its fullest.

Last year the Artists Alley people moved around to fill the empty spots (where someone hadn't arrived yet or were a no show). Sometimes people get there on Friday or Saturday and think that they would be better off elsewhere... near a friend or away from someone they don't like, etc.

While I usually make meticulous notes about who would be good "fits" in specific rows, it's usually the last part of the floor plan to be finalized (usually in the final two weeks before the event). Last year I planned the AA spaces from the edges in... so the centre tables were the last to be filled.

Since there was no printed floorplan for AA, so we didn't worry much about it when people moved around. Also, I was swamped with requests and problems for the entire weekend and didn't have time to go in and play traffic cop. Nor did I have a person to rely upon to do that for me.

Obviously I would prefer that next year, especially with so many more additional professional guests attending from out of town, we follow a much more stricter printed plan.

Any one have a link to a website with a list of guests....also, i know ive asked several times, but now since Stan Lee won't be making a personal appearance, how about Ayers? Truly a legend, he does the Con's (saw him in Detroit last year) and maybe even a sig series session with CGC....Any one else have any desire to see him. Hopefully i'm not too ambitious on this guest.
