It's cryptic writings of megadeath #1 leather comic signed by Dave Mustaine with certificate of authenticity. I found the comic without signature and no certificate on my comic shop. Think you can insist on a blue label (No restoration) but it will take a hit on the grade as the signature would be seen as a defect. I could be mistaken on this though.
