She was moving some furniture in the bedroom and apparently cleaned out some cabinets and boxes. The ASM312 was my older cousin's purchase off the rack. He gave me a stack of comics after I had helped him with his first move around 1990 and this was one of them. Looks to be ~9.2 just at a glance. This is the backing board. That explains the language. He actually had several of these but heck if I know what ever happened to em? It was in the middle of a big stack of the "Condorito" book at the bottom....apparently a popular item back in the day in Uruguay as he had a zillion of those. Western Crime Cases #9 (1951) - only issue with this title, it was previously titled Indian Warriors and later became The Outlaws. Book is all complete and in nice condition with the exception of the missing piece on the front corner right side and upper right corner. I love Cole's cover art on this book with the Saloon shootout (love the dead guy hanging over the table still clutching the Ace of Spades) and great placement of his name. Only four copies on the census and eventually I will send this book in to CGC.
