Looks like whoever restored it did a good job blending and matching the color touch as it looks very natural to me! Often I can spot the touch on the scan but this book looks very nice! GCD says Sid Greene, which looks right to me. The two Murphy Anderson flying gorilla Hawkman covers are big favorites too. I can imagine going after those in high grade.
