underthebigw
Was set up at the Super Mega Fest show in MA and didn't really expect to pick up anything special, never mind this sweet copy at a VERY sweet price from Patrick at Comically Speaking. Looks unread, gorgeous uncracked spine (the covers almost pull back into the book if you try to open them, and tremendous gloss. It does have some distributor spray nonsense going on, but I was still absolutely thrilled. (Just noticed the scuffiness on the scan--should've taken it out of the mylar--the reds and greens are bright, solid, and completely striking)

underthebigw
Thanks, Greggy. Hey, it's not uber HG junk, but then again the highest graded copy is a 7.5. All of the early giant series are just plain tough in grade.

DrWatson
Congrats Bob. There is nothing like opening that box and seeing a 9.9. I did it twice in one of my first submissions. It has been downhill ever since.

Silver
Looks much nicer than a 9.2:banana: What is the defect(s) bringing it "down" to that level? Well, it has a "D" on the left and a "C" on the right. :yeahok: Very under appreciated key!
