I assume that we can find other situations like this among the early GA Church books since almost all of them had the arrival date on the cover. It's Dead Eye Western v2 #4, and it's from the Edgar Church (Mile High) pedigree. ComicConnect says "VF (8.0), White pages, Glossy!". It is raw however.
