I’ve been a page-counter for decades (and likely an annoyance to sellers at conventions) so I’m not too worried but I suppose something could have slipped by.

A couple of years later I was shopping for Fantastic Four #3 and I looked through two or three copies that turned out to be missing the pin-up before I found one that had it.
