Fixed it, it is California you don't want to live in a basement!

I think someone needs to hire Ryan Reynolds to do an Infomercial about the troubles of stealing NM #98!

So long as the earth leaves the NM #98 alone when the squishing happens, I guess I am ok with this scenario.
