It looks accurately graded to me.

Naturally when it comes to Tec 27, a 0.5 difference equates to thousands of $$

Exactly what I was thinking and would have no problem at all if it was graded as a 6.5, but then what do I really know without having the actual book in hand as the rest of the front cover here certainly looks absolutely gorgeous for a 'Tec 27.

I was able to grab a snippet from CGCs grading algorithm

Yep. To me the eye appeal on the Rockford copy is at least equal to this.

I wud have said 800-875 k if gator wasn’t offered 800k for his and Adams 5.0.  Msybe I should have stuck with my original thought
