Only 6 Copies in the Census.  This copy was tied with the Church book at 8.0 as highest graded (until quite recently).  It seems like the Church Copy may have gotten "upgraded"?  Not sure, but now there is only 1 8.0 on the census and 1 8.5 (assuming it's the Church). This copy as well seems that it could improve to a VF 8.5+ it is really a gorgeous book structurally.
