New Mutants 98 - bad staple/spine 0

The comic is in really good shape....except for one painful part, mis-staple on the top left corner causing the spine to be uneven.  Is it worth getting graded?  Wonder what it would be?

miswraps can be common I would def grade looks like a 9.4 who knows maybe you could get more lucky

Agreed, no reason to not have this graded

Awesome, I appreciate the feedback.  I was honestly not sure what to do.  Would you get it pressed to, or would that make it worse?

Personally, I like to look a book over and see if there are any obvious benefits to having it pressed.

Do you see any dents, bends or other flaws that don't break color? Will eliminating or reducing these flaws substantially improve the grade of the book? For instance, would the book jump from a 9.4 to a 9.6 or a 9.8? These are the kinds of questions I ask myself before having a book pressed. And I have seen books with slightly miswrapped covers score as high as a 9.8; I see them for sale all the time...

personally not a fan of the mis-cut/alignment of the top of the book but that’s just my opinion

assume that doesn’t effect the grade as it would be considered a production defect

key comic looks 9.0 or better
