I just got a CGC 6.0 of Journey into Mystery #39 recently. One of my favs in the run…

Haven’t even paid for it but Badrock said he’d pull it for me in Baltimore. I had a much higher grade at one time but this will do. I remember seeing this cover in the 1970’s somewhere as a kid so it’s nostalgic for me. Fits right in with the typical 1950’s horror material.

What makes this cover for me is the “attitude” Everett is able to convey on the woman. You get that whole sense of sarcastic disbelief!

Ive always seen this Nellie the Nurse 12 cover and thought it was funny so I found a reader for cheap. It NOT in my collecting zone at all but Ill read it sometime! Also is this considered GGA?

And the Men in Action 1 is a cool cover. 12 o'clock midnight and the fight is on!

Won this on book Ebay this summer, the seller was comicwhiz. Being a sci-fi fan this seemed like a must have book.

It's interesting how many Atlas decap/headless covers seem to slip under the radar compared to other PCH.
