Just curious why this book is worth so much?  Checked an online price guide and a CGC 9.8 tops out at $650.  One just sold at an auction for $459 (CGC 9.8)  Thanks.

Hate this issue.

$459 is cheap, 9.8 copies have gone for close to, if not over, $1000 in the past.
