Demand for that title is low, despite its' quality. I'd say that that is high FMV for that book, although I haven't checked GPA. You could probably get that book in raw 8.5 for $20, or perhaps less.

Yes, and I have decieded that I only want to collect DC &Marvel horror comics

I just picked up a raw VF copy for $2 in Atlanta a couple month ago -- and have seen more floating around for under $20 in vf and better -- if you can live without a graded copy for a bit just keep looking and then send it in yourself -- that way you might have a 9 , 9.2 or better for less than $30

I'd pay $20 tops. Better to buy 30 rolls of toilet paper though instead.
