Basic questions for submitting like minimums books per tier and who determines what a book is worth if a customer is submitting a book to determine grade?

I don't see where there is a minimum amount of books that are required to submit for grading. What if you can only afford a few books to get graded? Does Modern have a minimum amount of books to submit?  Does Value have a minimum amount of books to submit? Does Economy have a minimum amount of books to submit? Does Standard have a minimum amount of books to submit?  Does Express have a minimum amount of books to submit? How does CGC determine how much a comic book is worth in reference to submitting what tier? Doesn't condition determine price and a customer is submitting the book to get it graded to determine the condition? It would be great If there were this information in the grading tiers or in the FAQs.

No minimums. You simply get better bang-for-your-buck when you ship, say, 25 comic books rather than 5 (shipping + insurance costs get lower/item).

The "value" is basically, "what do you expect to receive in insurance compensation if your item is lost or damaged?"

Yes, condition plays into the fiscal value of a comic book. If you have literally no clue how to grade, maybe show us what you got in the PGM sub-forum. We can help there.
