Another brutal black front and back cover that challenges those wanting a high grade copy. Chock full of great art by Gonzalez, Duranona, Infantino, Ortiz, Salvador and Sanchez. Don’t get me started on Duranona. Much like Two-Fisted Tales and Frontline Combat, the war stories were realistic and took a good look at the face of wartime. Also not unlike the predecessors, wasn't necessarily well received by the distributors of the mags. Great material in this far too short lived series with great covers by Frazetta, interiors by Wally Wood, John Severin, Alex Toth and more. Just one copy of #3 tonight.
